I've got the info on Blackpool - based there. They have been asked by the RAF to delay until the back end of 2020 as there are numerous Tucano training sorties landing there on a daily basis. New aircraft are on order so the MOD is saving the cost of refitting 8.33 radios to a dying fleet.
Prestwick has also been asked by the MOD to delay the switch over for certain frequencies.
