Champagne parties are being planned in the event of a yes vote. The biggest con in cx history is about to go down. In a period of unprecedented global profits in the aviation industry, cx pilots will shortly approve a contract deemed to be a "turd" by their own lead negotiator. The TB is only now starting to have an effect, yet the GC believes it's worthless. Arguments like "the company never backs down" are being thrown around by the GC in the hopes no one remembers the real history (cx has indeed come back with a better offer in the past...). After years of CC and TB, a cost neutral deal will be accepted covering what is expected to be profitable future years. In a year or two, after large profits announced, we'll all wonder how we ended up being conned so badly...with an umbrella agreement to top it all off.
