I don't think so.
BASA is an agreement negotiated between the EU and the USA. If, on March 29th, the UK decides to stay in the EU, or gets a deadline extension, or gets a soft Brexit which includes EASA membership, they will be subject to the BASA agreements. The good, the bad and the ugly of that agreement. But if they decide on a hard Brexit, the UK has to start all over, negotiating new agreements on just about anything with just about everybody.
As nobody knows at this time what's going to happen on March 29th, you will also find that nobody knows what's going to happen on April 8th.
