I guess we were fairly lucky. Usually the OH's OMQ went with the appointment, so the last 10 years were in Type 2 OMQs.
No complaints about the state of the places, although having new UPVC double glazing installed when I was trying to sleep off 12-h night shifts during GW1 was a bit of a PITA!
