This link shows the taxiways and aprons the A380 can use but doesn’t show the stands it can use.

I’m certain I’ve seen that pic. Pretty sure they parked a BA Cargo 747-8 next to the A380 at Sat 1 for the photo opportunity.

I’m guessing that if EK do bring the A380 to Stansted eventually, it’ll just require a new air bridge for one of those stands mentioned above. If EK propose this to MAG you can bet your bottom dollar that MAG will bend over backwards to make it happen.
