New numbnuts come in trying to reinvent the wheel, find it's impossible then move on leaving a new mess behind. 11 Ceo's in 11 years, why not hit 12 in 12. They come in, line their pockets and leave with no actual regard for the operation. While front line staff try to keep the train on the tracks, with no thanks let alone renumeration. Nothing will change until there is an overhaul at VA.
