Most people in this excuse for a company are trying to get out, for the reasons Fred states, senior management will never listen to the pilots, if the FOD has to leave it says something does it not?
yachtpilot, your observations may be correct, and the reason is bad management, quite simple really. Once you get into an airline (if thats what you aspire to) you will find out for yourself. Nearly every pilot I have met in my not short career have wanted to do the right thing and make a success of the company, but mangement adhere to the principal of " beatings will continue until morale improves"! Wait and see matey, you will see I am right, unfortunetly...
