Indeed no shortage of licensed pilots, but the quality is dropping dramatically.
Maybe not in some medium companies that harvest the best from certain major LOCOs, but we see and hear a lot of weird stuff !
Some Frozen ATPLs will never thaw!
And Denti is there not a big section of retirement in just about every company and some expansion in Europe and North america
Never mind Asia.
