My company treats me very well, pay is improving every year and gradually the SOPs also. I have absolutely no complaints. I know High Summer is going to be hard work, but I'm paid well enough, and know the low season is money for old rope in comparison. The only thing I don't like is being bombarded with Jess Glynne's lovely tune.....
