For me respct is also more important. In my previous job i was living in a golden cage: money was ok, social security was good but respect towards pilots (only pilots not other personel) was zero point zero. No respect for your private life, never any appreciation when you did something for the company, threatening all the time. NADA. Just because of that i decided to leave. Now, working for other company were you have much more respect but unfortunately also less money.
