The advantage of Singapore is that it built docks specifically to accommodate USN carriers, so the QE and PoW can moor alongside. Georgetown is just starting to build a deep water harbour with jetties to accommodate the largest cruise liners, so an agreement could also see suitable mornings being available there as well.
