- Under 40 at time of hiring
- Current ICAO ATPL: preferred GACA CPL; FAA CPL, EASA ATPL
- Has flown B737NG aircraft in the last 6 months
- Minimum of 1000 hours total flying time.
- A minimum of 500 hours total flying time on B737NG, or on an aircraft over 50 tons with FMC and EFIS or similar glass cockpit.
- No record of flight accident, serious incident or criminal record.
