the short answer is 'no'. The future of the 'take over' is still uncertain. I thought the deal had been done, but apparently not.
Also, the existing crews will continue to do the job. Unless anyone has bailed, and I doubt it, the 72s are fully crewed.

My info is that the sim was down as Steve is on holidays. When he gets back, the sim has an actuator to be replaced, and some other stuff, then its back on line. We have it in November, according to our CP.
