There is definitely room for another airline on DUB-LON, FR & IAG can’t have it all (I’m not including BE to SEN!) Why would U2 add trouble for itself when it is doing nicely without it, is the best way to look at it.
Adding in a service that will get a response, that opens up to pricing challenges on other routes, which will cost profit is just not a sensible way of doing business. Question asked is what does it add to Easyjet, aside from lots of additional management time I see no benefit.
