Folks,
On a quick reading, the "justifications" are long on assertions, and very short on facts, let alone a properly detailed description of the risks,
and how the proposals will mitigate those risks, let alone a cost/benefit justification of the proposal.
In short, the result is that more will suffer, some will die, but because it will not be in an aeroplane, CASA will be able to sit back and say: "Safety is our first priority".
