On the the charts it notes that VGSI and ILS are not coincident.

VGSI at 3 degrees has 72' TCH
ILS at 3 degrees has 60' TCH.

That extra 12 feet puts you quite a ways down the runway.....228 feet to be exact.

Note: FAA does not use ICAO standards.
