Hi,
it should be as per below :
- psychometric test (basic question of personality)
- A320 knowledge test (you can find questions database on www.smartcockpit.com)
- HR interview with standard questions like (tell me about you, strength, fails, describe you in 3 words etc etc)
- Chief Pilot interview (with some CRM questions like how would you react in a particular situation with a rude captain, review your minima and limitations)
- sim on fixed base simulator, flying skill difficult to assess as the FBS is a !!!! but know by heart your procedures, memory items
