Yes I had mine on Nov 27th and I had an email the day after with a link that I can book my dates on. Have you checked your spam folder as I recall someone saying to check there a few pages back. If not I would suggest you contact them.

Thought it was a bit strange! But wasn't sure if Christmas time was getting in the way of admin.
Emailed them anyway last night and they've promptly replied with a link - booked onto 5th Feb at CTC.
