Ryanair Italian contract

Are they still forced to pay income tax in Ireland and social in the country they are based? Be careful because you could get hit with high Irish income tax and then high Italian social insurance. I have seen some scenarios of captains on about 3000 net a month after all tax etc has been deducted. Make sure you do your homework before moving!
