With all sympathy, I am afraid the previous post indicates some lack of planning. (I have travelled in both countries, and to both aerodromes, though I never flew in either).
Bergamo: use the aeroclub on the North side of the field and you'll have no issue. Prior arrangements might be useful, at least.
Vilnius: will be just as bad as flying the same planes into Heathrow or CDG. Why be surprised? A bit of preparation would have shown excellent low-profile fields not much more away.
