Just to add something here, a couple of days ago MOL was in Rome and signed an addendum to the Italian CLA regarding Parental Leaves, Productivity Bonus included without the need to work 6 days off and the introduction of the 13th salary as used in Italy (actually is a Fake 13th, it's just the basic /13 months, so you'll get 100 Euros less per 11 months but you get those back all together in December for Christmas expenses).
