I don't think there is... it just seems like such a blatant kick in the teeth from management towards a single class of operations within their business that I fail to understand how it remains a going concern. If I ran a business like that I would be shocked if
all my staff didn't all walk out in protest and never return - not just those that are being shafted.
Its basically like Oprah yelling to the whole crowd "you get a prize, you get a prize, you get a prize... oh but
