Your Class 3 medical certificate will be signed off there and then by the AME after the medical if you meet all the requirements. If there's something that needs further investigation then you'll need to go do that and it'll be referred to the CAA and they'll let you know.
Yeah I've had the medical but needed one bit of follow up completed which I sent to them weeks ago so just wondering when you hear in that instance, not sure how long it takes.
