Also, did NATS inform you when you're medical has been fully signed off?

Your Class 3 medical certificate will be signed off there and then by the AME after the medical if you meet all the requirements. If there's something that needs further investigation then you'll need to go do that and it'll be referred to the CAA and they'll let you know.
