They didn‘t „loose“ the ICRC contract. They decided that they wouldnˋt take part in the bi-annual contract tender any more. Undoubtly they would have been chosen to continue to provide services but rather kicked all personnel out and used the „get lost, we don‘t care“ mentality for the ICRC as for all the other customers.
