AFAIK same tax agreement with Italian government as Alitalia had/has. It’s all setup to maximise net pay. From what I’m hearing they will be netting far more than most UK line pilots. Forget about the low basic. Isn’t there fixed flight allowance also which in itself is a basic ?

Anyway its union agreed local contract paying local taxes social pension etc. It’s rumoured to be 25 to 30 percent more net pay than before the unions got in.

Not based there so just what I’m hearing out on the line. I would suggest getting directly in touch with an Italian based permanent pilot. There are many just maybe not on PPRUNE.
