1. Only when it suits them. They got screwed when the Feds made them take over their airports and gave them a inadequate amount of money for maintenance that most of them spent on other things.
2.GA's contribution to greenhouse gases is insignificant. RPT traffic however is another thing and growing but there is no alternative for the near future.
