Build an airstrip on the only flat land on the island and you’ve built on the only agricultural land.
Seas would be challenging for a seaplane.
I don’t think there’s any helicopter with the range.
For the population, I doubt the cost could be justified.
Had as anyone asked the population if they want an airstrip?
