The Air Navigation Order at article 152
requires CAA to grant a UK pilot's licence. If a suitable application is turned down then proceed with a regulation 6 appeal and if that fails seek a judicial review. Alternatively each of us can follow the CAA example and selectively ignore bits of law that are inconvenient.
