There used to be "straight from the heart" as well, that was when Barry White music was playing while boarding, to me still "the Cathay song"; today there is pay cuts, staff dismissals, A 350 cabins falling apart in the first days of service, incompetent fuel hedging, deceiving staff, public, shareholders and customers about data hacks of cockpit & cabin crew data as well as customers' data and the weekly SCMP headlines are certainly no longer about the service straight from the heart... from a very humble ppl and long time CX diamond member...
