I'm not so sure this is a good idea.
If we worked for a company that was genuinely trying to engage with us and try to match our wants with their responsibility to run a business profitably then sure. The staff (not just us) are at war with an organisation that has an
unknown agenda and for this reason we should not give them any information about what our individual intentions may be. Any information can, and most likely will, be used to evolve their plans whatever they may be. Individual responses can be aggregated to determine what group(s) intentions may be. Information is a powerful weapon that will always be used against us. We are too dysfunctional to use misinformation tactics.
For those of you that "want to send a message" you are deluded. They don't care what your message is. The best response is silence. Yet again the AoA has missed the boat but they should have put out a clear directive to not complete this survey.
Give them nothing.
