Not sure about the KNX house but lived in the Wyndham Swamp on Minderoo Street and the Derby swamp on Howell street swamp, Maxine charged us $35 a week in rent - no complaints. Was recently back in Wyndham for the first time in nearly 20 years - hasn't changed a bit.
