I too have interviewed with
VB, when they first launched, I made it to the second stage panel interview, was the best interview I have ever had, and walked out of there feeling so confiedent and they were so responsive and postive in the interview only to be told thanks but no thanks. Im a guy though and I feel that they dont take on many guys, so who knows but I have had a another interveiw since for
VB cabin crew and didnt make it past first round, I have plenty to offer them industry experience ect but just seems like a no go zone......so will try some other airlines.
They are picky, I heard a guy went for an interivew didnt make it past first round, got a call 2 weeks later to come for an interview, they didnt know he had one two weeks earlier and was unsucessful, and wulla, made it through......go figure!
