Taxwise, that seems to be accurate. Time to command can be 6 years. Or longer, it all depends whether if and how fast the fleet will grow, how many pilots will decide to go and work elsewhere. In other words, we are looking at a crystal ball here. We currently have about 200 F/Os who will upgrade first, if I am not mistaken.
