If you're referring to the code showing on any radar tracking site then the Jet2 flight should show as EXS as, already said, this is their ICAO code. Airline reservation systems, and airport information screens use the IATA code of LS.
On Flight Radar a Jet 2 flight comes up as LS**** in bold followed by EXS**** in a smaller font in brackets.
