It looks like Europe and a military airfield - so based on your civil aviation comment, how about a joint civil/military airfield?
Italy maybe, but many of their runways are NW/SE. So maybe further north in Europe.
By the way, as you have posted an image from Google, that could be the same aircraft. It looks like an A330 to me.
