Airbus. same. Only reversing trim is done manually, and wheel must be
held to retain new position. If one lets go the wheel, the aircraft reloads, and tries to kill again.

Is the
auto-trim-in-manual-flight issue dealt with in the memory / QRHs for assorted UAS events? Or is it a separate memory / QRH procedure?
