And as part of the contract, any pay rises negotiated by the AOA on behalf of the pilots will not be awarded to COS18 Pilots (unless the company specifically states that COS18 operators will be given a raise) In the future as the older pilots begin retiring and everyone is on COS18 (or whatever the new cos is by then) Cathay will not be required to negotiate or give raises (as stipulated in the contract). So yes, that will be the highest your pay will go.
