www.atplsolutions.co.nz are a really good place to get info on systems, nav-aids, and courses on nav and flight planning. Thankfully they have just added Law as well. I used these notes, did 3 1/2 days study, was in the exam room for 1/2 an hour and ended up with 90%. The law notes are a little pricy ($160) but well worth it.
