yes he has tried that. I am pretty sure that the problem is that somehow the SMTP port has been changed to 0 instead of 25. In the error message he recieves it says that the smtp port is 0. The problem is as the only email account he has set up is a http account I can't find the spot on his computer where I can change the port number.
