Note that the alternate weather minima (which you're getting the 600-2 bit from) is for flight planning purposes, and they are different from approach/landing minima which is just RVR or visibility.
The document that extreme P posted has landing minima in there as well but it does get a bit complicated when you get into the Approach Ban and the type of operation you fly for and what authorizations the operation has.... for example, my airline can (generally) start an RNAV approach when there's only 50% of the required plate visibility but for an ILS we need 75% of the required plate visibility.
