Sofresh..... Despite what has been said on this thread and what you've herd, Australian has changed it's recruitment style.What they are looking for hasn't changed.
My tip to anyone who gets an interview is to fly on Australian up to Cairns.... Get the feel and vibe of it all, it could assist in the interview process.
Remember Australian is a low cost airline, not a no-frills one... It has 30% lower overheads than it's parent airline. Know its destinations, know what its market focus is, capacity of aircraft, fleet size etc etc.
