Most people I would assume are shocked that they are loss making considering they operate a monopoly from most of the airports they serve and surface transport is damn expensive in this country.
Should we feel sorry for the CEO who perhaps can't get her bosses (the board) to agree with more radical change? It's only radical change that will absolutely be required in order to turn loss to profit in an environment of high fuel and uncertainty and a young population base which can't afford to travel.
