Personally I’d rather have a choice of times to suit my purpose, not leave earlier than I have to or get to stay at the destination longer than is ideal.
But if people like the OP would prefer to sacrifice that to travel on an Airbus, it’s up to them I guess. While I accept a look round the city’s sights at the end of the day to kill time is lovely, it’s somewhat less so when it’s the tenth time you’ve visited that year.
