Ms Curtis-Taylor admits that in a 'slip of the tongue' during one interview, she inadvertently used the term 'solo' to describe the trip.'I was doing everything to promote the female pioneers who did fly solo, but I never claimed to be doing the same. I was, however, the only pilot. No one flew but me.'’
She must have a twin sister in the videos stating "Solo" or that tongue of hers is as long and slippery as a lizards tongue.
Many of the members are ex-military men and about 80 to 90 per cent are over 60. They act like some kind of old boys' club.
And yet Ms Curtis-Taylor is happy to tell everyone in her speeches that she was trained by military pilots !
'Cows getting bigger' likewise, unfortunately I also cannot attend today as I have a job to do, thats busy flying in Russia with some ex military pilots who are a great bunch, they are intrigued to know the results of the AGM especially after her "Solo" claims during the video of the Russian AN2 earlier.
