Fatigue science are imho the world leaders in this technology and utilises technology initially researched by the DoD. Not to sound like a sales pitch, but the data behind FAST was built upon data ranging from pretty extreme all the way to the routine.
The watch not only tracks activity, it tracks noise, temperature and frequency specific light levels. Particularly blue light.
If you think in terms of the context of the ryr crew sleeping on chairs, around other people, in a lot room, you get an idea of the sort of corporate behaviour that can be controlled .
