The question

Thats great but still does not explain why idiots like Dabssa will tell you it is not a common type when it clearly is.

Their CAA may not allow you to fly both but IT IS STILL A COMMON TYPE and the question was...... 'Would the pilots fly both due to it being a common type?'

So the answer could very well be no because the Taiwanese CAA says no but it is not a no due to it NOT being a common type as the only people who decide if it is a common type is BOEING...Nobody else...

The Taiwanese CAA may feel it is unsafe, unprofessional or whatever reason they come up with but not for the common type argument....BOEING SAYS it is a common type therefor it is a common type!!!

That fact is undeniable!!...just like the 757/767 is a common type...A318/319/320/321 are a common type....Taiwan CAA does not get to decide this, no CAA does!!
