c0505,
The only question on the application that matters is the "why do you want to be a pilot" one - the rest is just admin. The recruiters are looking for people that are clearly motivated and have a dedicated interest in aviation, as opposed to someone who is just giving it a crack.
There's nothing you can really do to study for the tests, all the maths and physics is basic year 9 high school stuff. You can definitely prepare for the interviews by knowing about what's involved in the training program, a bit about the company, and be sure of yourself about why you want to pursue a career in aviation. For you, a bit of life experience can work in your favour in that regard.
Good luck
