As I've posted previously on this thread, the CAA have a process available for members of the public to report safety concerns.
I've rechecked the CAA website, as I am now a member of the General Public it would appear that there is no provision for reporting of this issue. I would be grateful if you could identify the relevant provision for me to report, and I'd seriously consider doing so.
