Reported a the ferry flight of the 208B going from Australia to the USA via Japan.
Probably oxygen related. Ferry pilot unnamed but reported as 66 years old.
Who was the ferry company?
Japanese F4 Defence Force pilots reported that the pilot appeared slumped over the controls at 22,000 feet.
Small amount of wreckage found but not the pilot. Said to be a Norwegin pilot.
